1. Booking Confirmation: An advance payment of 50% of the total cost must be made at the time of reservation to confirm your booking. 2. Payment Schedule: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event begins. 3. Setup and Wrap-Up Time: ◦ The venue will be available 30 minutes before and after the agreed-upon time for setting up and wrap-up. 4. Extra Time Charges: ◦ If you exceed the allocated setup or wrap-up time, additional charges of ₹750 per extra hour will apply. ◦ Extra time is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. 5. Additional Items Charges: Any additional items consumed will be charged at cost. 6. Damage or Loss: The client is responsible for any damage to the venue or equipment during the event. Compensation for such damages will be charged as per actual costs. 7. Cancellation Policy: ◦ If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the event, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded. ◦ No refund will be provided for cancellations within 7 days of the event date. 8. Adherence to Agreed Timings: Events must adhere strictly to the agreed-upon timings. Delays caused by the client will not lead to time extensions without additional charges.
