What capacity number should I actually trust?

Ask for capacity in your specific layout (boardroom, theatre, classroom), not just a single maximum number, which is usually for the loosest layout.

Does the venue need to allow outside catering?

Ask this directly and get it in writing. Some venues require an in-house caterer, which can affect your budget and menu options.

A corporate offsite depends on capacity in the exact layout you need, reliable connectivity, and clear catering terms.

ShiftsDeal currently lists 7 verified venues suited to corporate offsite in Delhi.
